Your next step in Wyoming
Formation, foreign authority and recurring reporting have different starting requirements.
Prepare Articles and registered-agent arrangements.
Explore LLC formationReview authority for an LLC formed elsewhere.
Review foreign qualificationUse the filing ID, anniversary month and Wyoming assets.
Explore report supportConfirm the actual company route, asset-based government charge and separate services before proceeding.
Plan with the details in view
The annual report charge depends on assets located and employed in Wyoming.
The SOS schedule effective July 1, 2026 lists $100 for LLC Articles of Organization and $150 for a foreign Certificate of Authority. These are government filing charges; agent, provider and FormLLC services are separate.
The annual charge is the greater of $60 or $0.0002 per dollar of company assets located and employed in Wyoming. It is not automatically $60 for every LLC and is not calculated on worldwide assets simply because the company is registered here.
The annual report is due on the first day of the formation or qualification anniversary month, starting the following year. For a February 16 initial filing, the state example uses February 1 the next year—not February 16 or month-end.
How to continue
Preparing the filing comes down to four steps, from your first details to a confirmed filing.
Tell FormLLC whether the company is new or already formed elsewhere and needs Wyoming authority.
Organize the registered-agent arrangements, legal name and filing ID for the actual company.
Bring the anniversary month, report year and information needed for the state license-tax calculation.
Agree the accepted support and separate charges, keep the filed confirmation and maintain the principal-office email for official notices.
Before requesting help
Have these details ready before you ask us to help with the filing.
Know which filing you need
A minimum annual charge and a filing anniversary are not the complete calculation.
If the record is already inactive, review its status and overdue notices before choosing annual report or reinstatement support.

The first report is due the following year on the first day of the initial filing anniversary month. The actual day of formation is not the reporting deadline.
The SOS guidance says report reminders and important notices go to the principal-office email provided for the company. Keep that address current and maintain your own deadline reminder.
No. Where the business actually operates can create separate registration, tax or licensing requirements. Discuss the company’s activities rather than choosing Wyoming on an assumption of automatic tax savings.
