Questions answered
Open your assigned client account and review any available service information. If you need an update, contact FormLLC with the company name, state, service and a non-sensitive order reference. Do not assume that the absence of an update confirms approval or rejection.
Check the records available in your assigned client account or the delivery instructions for your service. If a document is missing, identify which record you need and whether the relevant state or IRS step has been completed.
Tell FormLLC about the earlier application, submission method and any response before requesting new EIN work. The next step may be checking or correcting the existing request rather than submitting another application.
Keep the payment reference and the displayed result, then ask FormLLC to check the request. Do not assume that retrying is the right step when a charge or outcome is uncertain. Never include full card details or banking credentials in your support message.
Contact us as soon as you notice the issue and explain what needs changing. Options depend on whether preparation, submission or agency processing has already occurred. A separate correction or amendment may be needed and should be scoped before it proceeds.
Send the service reference and request through a published FormLLC contact channel, then review the applicable refund terms. Work already performed and government or third-party charges can affect eligibility. The request itself does not guarantee a refund or reverse an official filing.
Use the published Contact page and describe the access problem with non-sensitive information. Do not send your password or a login code in the message. Follow the account-recovery instructions available to you or ask for the appropriate next step.
State the agency, filing type and exact deadline in your inquiry. Support availability does not extend that deadline or confirm that FormLLC is handling the filing. Obtain confirmation of the agreed work and seek professional advice where the notice requires it.
