Plan with the details in view
Check the base filing charge, electronic handling charge and reporting year separately.
The Secretary of State lists $100 for domestic LLC formation. Electronic payments carry a separate $2 handling charge. FormLLC services and any other selected work are separate from these government charges.
The state requires annual reporting by April 1 in each year following the registration year. Identify the first report year from the actual registration date instead of assuming a report is due immediately after formation.
The published LLC annual report fee is $100, with a $50 late fee. Electronic handling is additional. The state does not offer an extension of the April 1 deadline.
How to continue
Preparing the filing comes down to four steps, from your first details to a confirmed filing.
Tell FormLLC about the proposed name, activity, management and registered-agent arrangements.
Agree the accepted work and distinguish the government filing fee, electronic handling and provider services.
Use the registration year to identify the following year’s April 1 report, and retain the entity record needed to file.
Bring current details and any agent or office change. Confirm the correct filing rather than assuming the annual report completes every update.

Know which filing you need
The April 1 deadline has no extension, and company changes may need a separate document.
Annual company reporting and agent changes do not replace business tax returns, licenses or the LLC’s internal records.
