Formation, initial reporting and annual renewal are separate milestones.
The SOS lists a $180 base charge for a domestic LLC Certificate of Formation or foreign registration. Submission method and priority can add charges. Confirm whether you are forming a new LLC or registering one that already exists elsewhere.
A domestic LLC needs its initial report within 120 days. It can be included with formation at no additional charge or filed separately for a fee. Establish whether it was already included before requesting another filing.
The current official listing sets the profit-entity annual report fee at $70. It is due by the last day of the formation or registration month and can be filed up to 180 days early. Delinquent records carry an additional $25 charge.
How to continue
Preparing the filing comes down to four steps, from your first details to a confirmed filing.
Tell FormLLC whether you need a new Washington LLC or registration for an existing out-of-state company.
Organize the registered agent, principal office and governing-person details. Check whether the domestic initial report is included.
Bring the UBI number, current status and correct reporting year for an existing business.
Agree the accepted filing support and separate charges, then retain the accepted document and next reporting reminder.

Know which filing you need
Changing a company record does not automatically extend its reporting cycle.
Use the actual UBI record and current status before requesting a routine report or an overdue-company recovery filing.
