Kentucky’s report window runs January 1–June 30, with a $15 filing fee. Use the current company record to prepare the report and keep the confirmation. The formation instructions place the first report in the following calendar year.
An annual report postcard cannot change the principal office or registered agent/office. Kentucky provides statements of change for those updates. Identify what changed before choosing a document.
How to continue
Preparing the filing comes down to four steps, from your first details to a confirmed filing.
Tell FormLLC whether you need a new LLC, registration of an existing business or support with a current Kentucky entity.
Prepare the proposed or registered name, management information, office details and agent arrangements relevant to the task.
Identify the report year, requested record updates and any status problem before confirming the service and costs.
Store the filing confirmation and plan the next reporting window alongside separate tax and licensing obligations.
Before requesting help
Have these details ready before you ask us to help with the filing.
Know which filing you need
Reporting, office changes and restoration should not be bundled into one assumed filing.
Keep annual reporting separate from company tax returns, occupational licensing and the business’s own governance records.
