Plan with the details in view
Use the form and instructions for the actual reporting year.
Maryland Business Express provides registration, company documents and annual filing services. Bring the correct Department ID and distinguish a proposed new LLC from an existing company’s reporting or record-change request.
The 2026 Form 1 lists $300 for domestic and foreign LLC annual reports. It also asks about approved MarylandSaves fee-waiver status. Verify the applicable category and approval rather than assuming the fee is always waived.
SDAT’s 2026 notice required filing or a 60-day extension request by April 15, 2026; an approved extension moved that year’s deadline to June 15. Those dates have passed. An outstanding 2026 filing needs a status review.
How to continue
Preparing the filing comes down to four steps, from your first details to a confirmed filing.
Tell FormLLC whether you need a new LLC, foreign registration, an annual report or another company-record service.
For an existing business, prepare the SDAT Department ID, current status and filing history.
Identify company details, requested changes and any Maryland business-property records needed for the applicable form.
Review the accepted service and charges, then retain the filing confirmation and record any separate follow-up work.

The annual report contains specific questions; it is not a complete update for every company record.
Confirm the report year, company status and service scope before treating an annual report as completion of all business or tax obligations.

Share the proposed business and formation work you want supported. FormLLC will confirm the accepted service, required company details and separate government or provider charges before you proceed.
The 2026 Form 1 lists $300 for domestic and foreign LLCs. Check the current form, entity category and any approved fee waiver for the filing year. FormLLC service charges are separate.
Do not treat the property questions as a substitute for the annual report. The 2026 form uses separate sections to determine the property information required. Check the instructions for the business and filing year.
Section IV asks about Maryland property with an original cost of $20,000 or more and about prior property disposals. The answers determine additional sections. Use the complete instructions rather than assuming every business needs the same property schedules.
The published request deadline was April 15, 2026, with June 15 as the approved extended deadline. Both have passed. Bring the current record and outstanding year when discussing late-filing support.
The 2026 form expressly says its mailing-address change does not change the principal office. Identify the actual company update so the appropriate separate filing can be considered.
