The following refund policy applies to all legal services provided by FormLLC.
If you are not satisfied with the business services you have received, please contact us within promptly. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will refund the partial amount of the services you have paid.
There are legal fees paid by us in your behalf to US government and registered agent which are not refundable. We can’t help you with refund amount paid to the government. We can only refund the amount that we charge for our services. Furthermore, we will provide you invoice and payment details about government fees for registering company upon the request.
