Is FormLLC a government agency?
FormLLC is not the IRS, FinCEN, a Secretary of State, a revenue department, a licensing authority, or another government office. Branding, communications, and fees must not be interpreted as government communications or charges.
Can you file directly with the agency?
Many filings and information requests may be completed directly with the responsible agency. Government websites and official instructions should be consulted for current forms, fees, eligibility, and deadlines.
How do service fees differ from government fees?
FormLLC service fees compensate FormLLC for the authorized scope. Government, publication, expedite, tax, license, courier, and third-party charges are separate unless a written order expressly identifies them as included.
Can FormLLC control agency decisions?
FormLLC cannot guarantee acceptance, approval, processing time, EIN issuance, good standing, refunds, banking access, or another agency or third-party result.
How do you verify an official notice?
Confirm suspicious notices using the agency contact information published on an official .gov website. Contact FormLLC support if a message appears to misuse the FormLLC name or suggests government affiliation.
