At FormLLC, we aim to provide transparent, fair, and professional services to entrepreneurs worldwide. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available, in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.
Before registration or service processing is initiated:
You are eligible for a refund of up to 90% of the amount paid. The remaining 10% covers
administrative, payment processing, and preliminary review costs.
After registration or service processing has been initiated:
No refund will be applicable once we have started registration, filing, documentation
preparation, government submission, or third-party coordination.
Due to the nature of our services—many of which involve government filings, compliance obligations, third-party services, and time-sensitive processing—all purchases are considered final once service execution begins.
You may be eligible for a refund if:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times typically range from 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
