At FormLLC, we are committed to delivering quality services to help you register your U.S. company efficiently. Since most of our services involve government filings, processing fees, and time-sensitive work, we maintain a strict but fair refund policy as outlined below.
1. General Policy
All purchases made on FormLLC.us are considered final once the service process has begun. We do not offer refunds for completed or partially completed services.
However, if you request a refund before we begin working on your order, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the stage of the process and expenses already incurred.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
You cancel the service before we submit any documents to government agencies or begin third-party coordination.
You paid twice for the same service due to a billing error.
We are unable to provide the service you ordered, and no part of it has been processed.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@formllc.us within 7 days of your purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for the following:
LLC/C-Corp registration after documents have been filed
EIN applications after submission to the IRS
Registered agent fees (after activation)
Bank account assistance services (if the bank declines your application)
Any service involving third-party fees or government charges
ITIN services once the application has started
Custom domain, website, or email services once ordered or activated
4. Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have concerns, please contact our support team first. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of your services and legal action to recover administrative and legal fees.
